EARTH SCIENCE
EARTH CYCLES PROJECT
FINAL ASSESSMENT

1.- how does a metamorphiic rock become a sedimentary rock?
metamorohic rock become in a magma because the melting made the rock hot, when magma goes out of the volcano it become in lava, wich become in  igneous rock for the cooling.

2.- how does magma change into a metamorphic rock?
magma got cooling to become into a inneous rock then heat and pressure change it into metamorphic rock.

how does a consumer becomes a fussil fuel?
when the consumer die the decomporter eat the organism wich become into a fossil, then the rest of the organism wiht a lot of years become in fossil fuel.

how can a fossil fuel be used in photosyntesis?

how does lake water turn into a cloud?
the lake ge warm because sunlight, then the water vapor goes up the condensation help to make the clouds.

how can a cloud turn into water?
after the cloud is full rain or precipitation the run off take the water to a lake then the infitration.

HYDROSPHERE  released with carbon, water and rock cycle?

Carbon is an essential component to plants and animals. Is involved in the photosynthesis in the form of CO2 (carbon dioxide) or H2CO3 (carbonic acid), as found in the atmosphere. Part of compounds such as glucose, essential for carrying out processes such as breathing and eating of living beings carbohydrate, and which most other foods are successively derived.

The main reservoir of carbon in CO2 molecules that living beings can assimilate, is the atmosphere and hydrosphere. This gas is in the atmosphere at a concentration of more than 0.03% and each year approximately 5% of these reserves of CO2 consumed in the process of photosynthesis, ie that all the carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is renewed every 21 years.
The return of CO2 to the atmosphere is done when breathing, living beings oxidize food producing CO2. On the whole biosphere most breath make the plant roots and soil organisms and not, as it might seem, more visible animals.

The final products of combustion are CO2 and water vapor. The balance in the production and consumption of each through photosynthesis life easier.

Green vegetables that contain chlorophyll take CO2 from the air and release oxygen during photosynthesis, also produce the necessary feedstock for living beings. Like all green land plants running the same process daily, you can not even imagine the amount of CO2 used in photosynthesis.

To the extent that CO2 is consumed by plants, is also replaced by the respiration of living beings, by the decomposition of organic matter and the end product of burning oil, coal, gasoline, etc.

In the carbon cycle of living beings and many natural phenomena such as fires involved.

The aquatic life take CO2 from the water. The solubility of this gas in water is much higher than it has in the air.

LITOSPHERE  released with carbon, water and rock cycle?

The composition of our planet consists of three physical elements: one solid, lithosphere, other liquids, hydrosphere, and other gaseous atmosphere. Precisely the combination of these three elements is what makes possible the existence of life on Earth.

The lithosphere (from the Greek word which literally means stone sphere is the outermost layer of the solid Earth, characterized by its rigidity. It consists of the crust and the, the outermost contiguous zone, the residual mantle and floats on the asthenosphere, a soft layer forming upper mantle. This is the area where it occurs in interaction with the asthenosphere, plate tectonics.

The lithosphere is broken into a series of tectonic or lithospheric plates, whose edges endogenous geological phenomena such as volcanism, seismicity or orogeny are concentrated. The plates may be oceanic or mixed, partly covered by continental crust.

LITOSFERA RELATES TO THE CYCLES OF ALL THE EARTH AS IT IS IN CYCLES OCCUR WHERE LITOSFERA EARTH.

The carbon cycle plays a minor role in the hydrosphere as water molecules contain H2O and not CO2. The only way these two parts connect together is through photosynthesis, because both CO2 and both H2O are essential components of photosynthesis for producers. Carbon plays the biggest role in the atmosphere as CO2 travels through the atmosphere from one state to the other. For example, underground, from fossil fuel, it is moved upwards to factories where after burning those fossil fuels, there is CO2 Emmission. All consumers breath out CO2 through respiration, first to the biosphere and then it travels to the atmosphere. So biosphere is already answered then, as biosphere is connected to the carbon cycle through plant’s absorption of CO2 for photosynthesis as well as through respiration. Carbon only exists in the lithosphere when consumers and producers die and are decomposed decomposers. With time, these parts are absorbed by the Earth and get buried underground where after hundreds of years, they become fossils and fossil fuels.

Water is the least connected to the biosphere and most connected to the hydrosphere, as hydrosphere is water’s home. Hydrosphere is where water originates and eventually goes back to. But water does little in the biosphere it mostly contacts in the habitat of organism when they are used by humans or when frog occurs in the process of condensation. If we consider snow on the roads and habitats, then in a way, water is present mainly during cold times in the biosphere.  Perhaps then natural disasters can be considered too such as floods or tsunamis. The water cycle gets busy in the lithosphere again when run-off is infiltrated to become groundwater after precipitation. Then plant uptake occurs, meaning consumers use groundwater sources or the wet ground to collect water for photosynthesis. In the atmosphere, it is the place of the clouds where again liquid water is collected. Atmosphere is from where run-offs, condensation, and precipitation occurs and where sunlight slices through to get to the biosphere. Water vapor travels in the atmosphere as well during evaporation as well.
HOW THE 3 CYCLES ARE CONNECTED EACH OTHER ?

When lava comes out it will cause volcanic eruption spreading CO2 producers absorbs the CO2 into O2 by photosynthesis which process need plant uptake gets water from groundwater for photosythesis.

piece of puzzle project final assessment

MEXICOclimate:the weather conditions prevailing in an area in general or over a long period.
climate zone:are divisions of the Earth's climates into general climate zones according to average temperatures and average rainfall. The three major climate zones on the Earth are the polar, temperate, and tropical zones.
landform: A specific geomorphic feature on the surface of the earth, ranging from large-scale features such as plains, plateaus, and mountains to minor features such as hills, valleys, and alluvial fans.
water resources: Water resources are sources of water that are useful or potentially useful. Uses of water include agricultural, industrial, household, recreational and environmental activities. The majority of human uses require fresh water.natural resources:A material source of wealth, such as timber, fresh water, or a mineral deposit, that occurs in a natural state and haseconomic value.natural disaster:events of the nature caused by effects in the land temperature with catastrophic effects.
